Sinus Infection Protocol
Do all three steps twice a day
Step 1: | Afrin (oxymetazoline) - 2 sprays each nostril (no more than 7 days) |
wait 5 minutes | |
Step 2: | NeilMed sinus rinse |
wait about 15 minutes until water is completely drained out | |
Step 3: | Nasal steroid (e.g. Rhinocort, Nasanex, Omnaris, Zetonna, Veramyst, Flonase, Qnasl, or Nasacort) - 1 spray each nostril Alternately, you could also use combo product (Dymista) or antihistamine products (Astelin or Patanase) |
